Sir, On 08-24 approx. 7:45 AM I parked my 2007 Envoy at your service department. I went in and told the advisor of the warranty problem I had with the suv. Within thirty minutes or less I was informed by him that they had found the problem in the process of ordering the part and it would be in tomorrow and that a loaner car was waiting for me outside the door. Now I'm an old, ornery, retired, navy chief petty officer and any service department that can make me smile deserves a pat on the back. And I was smiling when I left Nesmith in Claxton.
