It was ok

Always pleasant!

Everything was handled professionally, from the time I arrived in the parking lot until I drove my new vehicle out of the lot. Kevin showed me every vehicle I asked to see. He explained in detail all the available options in each vehicle, took me for a road test and answered all my questions. I found Kevin to be extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles. I was never pressured into anything, I wasn’t asked to provide any personal information until I had made the decision to purchase a vehicle. Every employee was pleasantly kind and respectful, this is an organization that is run efficiently and professionally. It was actually a great experience for me to deal with Kevin.

I was very pleased with the salesman and his demonstration and instructional session as to the features of my Acadia. He was very informative, attentive and polite. The management was kind and attentive and answered questions and assisted in locating the vehicle that I wanted. Everyone was curteous and friendly.

Great service and great follow up service. I did find a nick in the seat afterwards but i am awaiting follow up to determine if that is something that can be fixed or not.
